Blood Drive in Selma Saturday, April 10, 2021 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

The Central California Blood Center invites you to Sikh Center of the Pacific Coast Blood Drive on April 10th at the Sikh Center of the Pacific Coast located at 2211 S. Highland Avenue in Selma

Before you donate: Eat a healthy meal, high in iron (tuna, spinach, quinoa, turkey), Drink plenty of water and avoid highly caffeinated beverages

After you donate: Drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous physical activity

A photo ID is required to register along with a mini-physical and interview.
